I already see things in a different light and look forward to learning how to capture nature and my surroundings at their best and just enjoy this new hobby to the fullest. UPDATE: I HAVE NOW BEEN WITH THIS CLUB FOR 5+ YEARS AND HAVE LEARNED SO MUCH FROM THE MEMBERS AND PRACTICING. I WANT TO THANK EVERYONE FOR HELPING ME MOVE FORWARD WITH YOUR POSITIVE ENCOURAGEMENT. LIFE IS GOOD!

Nice shots, Sharon. I like the silhouette, although it would have been more interesting if the man were doing something (walking, stretching, reaching, just some kind of action). I also like the backlit flowers. Very nice.
Thanks Jess. You are right about the silhouette. (The gentleman is a mentor of mine and just having him in it is important in this particular case.) I think that if I had move a bit to my left to get him separated from the reflection/sun would have made it better too. I really appreciate your comments Jess...they help me a lot! The backlit flower was fun. The tree was gorgeous with the sun coming through it!
